The only constant is change

Greetings one and all.

To say the least, my life has been crazy.  I have working insane hours and trying to spend as much time with my girlfriend and friends as I can.  My job has left me lacking of inspiration.  I haven't felt the desire to create in so long.

Let me clarify.  I work at a seminary college as their Audio Video Director.  I handle many aspect of Audio and Video.  Everything from simple board operator for sound to full Video production.  I also do custom graphics and work on their website.  All of it has left me creatively drained.

It irritates me to know no end.

But there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  I got myself a new job.  I will be the Audio Video technician for a conference center starting Sept 2nd.  The hours are much better and I won't have the creativity sucked out of me.  It will be more board operation and recording then having to create images and documents.  Doesn't hurt that the pay is better.

So I am praying that in the near future that my inspiration comes back to me.

In addition, there has be skads of new artist on dA that I really appreciate.  So much talent!  

Well for now I am going to hobble off to do my last bits of work at my current job, so I can start my new job without any worries of leaving something unattended.

New Model New Photos

Greetings to the few people who appreciate my work.  I am thankful to each one of you for your support and comments.

A few weekends ago, I had the opportunity to work with a young lady.  I do not believe she has ever done a formal photo shoot before, but she showed her willingness to help in the creative process.  We did several sets.  I have recently added a few already to the gallery.  I will be adding more as I clean the images up.

If you would like to work with me on any projects.  I currently do digital photomanipulation, photography and also model.  Just note me and let me know what you have in mind.  As you can see from my gallery, I have worked with a few fellow Deviants already.

Odd thoughts

Normally, I am the guy at the computer working through photoshop creating my art or toying with some sort of graphic or designing images for web usage.  I am also the guy to help a friend during a photoshoot, whether helping with hair, make-up, costuming or just general moral support.  I am also the one who is behind the camera.

Lately, I have had this urge to actually be the one in front of the camera.  I don' consider myself very photogenic.  I have always thought I was okay looking.  Nothing to scream about.  A couple of my friends are actually telling me to do it.  To find some photographers and get myself in front of the camera.

So I guess, photographers, come get me.  I yield to your creative prowess.  I am based out of NY 20 mins northwest out of NYC.  If you would like to use me, please note me or email me.

Here goes that first step.  Hope it just isn't over a cliff.

Lately and later

Hey All,

I really appreciate all the comments and notes and faves I have been receiving lately.  I know I am not the best digital artist around, but it does make me feel good when people enjoy my work.  

Currently I have been working with other deviants on creating new manipulations.  I really love doing this.  I enjoy trolling through DA and getting to see other people's ideas and work.  Many images have inspired me and I have sought out others to work with.

if anyone would like to work with me on any projects, I am more then willing to try and help.  I have done modeling, photography and if you couldn't tell, digital manipulation.

For those of you who know me, sorry I don't really update this journal.  I don't tend to put my bullshit up on the web for those to pity.  Life has been treating me well and I am content.

For now, I will catch you all later and hope to hear from all you crazy deviants out there.
